Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

I offer local pickup in the Seattle area and ship pottery nationwide. International shipping is not currently available.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods: All pottery is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery and I try to re-use as much packaging material as possible.

Local Pickup: Available for Seattle-area customers - select at checkout. Once your order is received we can coordinate a time for pickup from my Ballard location.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact me for assistance within two weeks of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Returns: I accept returns on all unused items within two weeks of receiving your package. To request a return, please email aaronplavepottery@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and must securely package the item to ensure it is returned safely. Refunds will be issued within two weeks once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition.

Custom Orders: Due to the handmade nature of my work, custom orders are final sale.
