This piece has been fired for 5 days in a wood kiln and is glazed only using the wood ash and atmosphere of the kiln. During the firing, this piece fell into a firebox where it was buried in wood ash, resulting in a dramatic layer of ash glazed to the piece along with more unusual colors. This piece is for decorative use only due to its rough surface.
